Can I use Cadence without paying?
Yes, indefinitely. The free tier includes AI scheduling once a day, your full task library, push notifications, offline use, and local-first private storage. No card required, no trial that expires.
What does Pro actually add?
Unlimited AI scheduling and rescheduling throughout the day, the I'm Struggling instant-reschedule button, Ask Cadence AI chat, cross-device sync with encrypted Google Drive backup, and Google Calendar sync. It's for people who want more flexibility mid-day — not just access to a slightly less annoying version of the app.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You drop back to the free tier. Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted, nothing is locked. You just lose the Pro-only features until you resubscribe.
Is my data private?
Yes. Cadence stores your tasks and plan locally on your device by default — no account needed to start. If you use Pro sync, your profile data is encrypted before it leaves your device. We don't sell data, serve ads, or share anything with third parties.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working as expected, get in touch and we'll sort it out. There's no formal refund window but we're not going to argue over £3.99.
