Cadence
Daily planning designed for ADHD, autism, and chronic illness — starting from your energy, not a blank list
A calm daily planning app built for people with ADHD, autism, or chronic illness who find conventional productivity tools too rigid or overwhelming. Start with how you're feeling and build a realistic day from there, guilt free. Privacy-first, your data stays on your device.

If you have ADHD, autism, or chronic illness — most productivity apps weren't built for you.
They assume you already know what you want to do and just need a list to tick off. They don't account for variable energy, time-blindness, or days when everything feels impossible.
Cadence starts somewhere different: how you're actually feeling right now. Tell it your energy and focus, and its AI scheduler builds a realistic day around your actual capacity — not an idealised version of it. No back-and-forth, no blank page.
No rigid schedules. No guilt when things shift. Just your next step.

Is Cadence really free?
Yes! The core daily planning features are completely free to use forever. We're committed to keeping Cadence accessible. A Pro tier with advanced features is available for those who want more, but the essentials will always be free.
How does my data stay private?
No sign-up required — Cadence works without an email or password. Your tasks and plan data are tied to your device, and used to generate your day plan, including sending relevant task and profile info to Google's AI to build your schedule. We don't sell your data, run ads, or share it beyond the handful of providers that keep Cadence running (listed in our Privacy Policy). Email is only needed if you want the optional newsletter, or if you upgrade to Pro (for billing and cross-device sync). If you're on Pro, sync is end-to-end encrypted — we can't read it even if we wanted to.
Can I use Cadence offline?
Absolutely! Cadence is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once you've loaded it once, it works completely offline. Plan your day anywhere, anytime, without needing an internet connection (connection required for AI schedule planning).
Is Cadence only for people with ADHD?
While Cadence is specifically designed with ADHD, autism, and neurodivergent brains in mind, anyone who struggles with rigid productivity systems will find it helpful. If you have chronic illness, variable energy, or just find traditional planners overwhelming, Cadence might be perfect for you.
How do I export my data?
Your data is stored locally on your device and can be backed up at any time from the Profile settings as a JSON file. This can be used to restore your data if you switch devices or clear your browser data.
What devices can I use Cadence on?
Cadence works on any device with a modern web browser: desktop, tablet, smartphone, and more. As a PWA, you can even install it like a native app on most devices for quick access.
See How to install Cadence for more details.
Who built Cadence?
Cadence was built by an indie developer in the UK who wanted to create a productivity tool that actually works for neurodivergent minds. It comes from personal experience with ADHD and chronic illness, and a deep understanding of what real-world planning needs to look like.
Ready to find your rhythm?
Cadence works right in your browser — or install it to your phone as an app in seconds.
