How to Install Cadence

Cadence is a web app — it doesn't live in the app store (yet), but you can add it to your home screen so it works just like one. Pick your device below.

📱 Android — Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet

  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk in your browser.
  2. 2Look for a banner saying "Add to Home screen", or a small install icon in the address bar. Tap it.
  3. 3Tap Install to confirm.
  4. 4Cadence will appear on your home screen like a normal app.
💡If you don't see an install option, open the browser menu (three dots or three lines) and look for "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" there.

🍎 iPhone & iPad — Safari only

⚠️On iPhone and iPad, this only works in Safari. If you're using Chrome or another browser, switch to Safari first.
  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share icon — the box with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. 4Tap Add in the top right. Cadence will appear on your home screen.
💡Once installed, it opens fullscreen like a regular app — no browser bar in the way.

On a computer

Windows — Chrome or Edge
  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk.
  2. 2Click the install icon in the address bar — a small screen with a down arrow (Chrome) or a grid of squares (Edge).
  3. 3Click Install.
Mac — Safari
  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk in Safari.
  2. 2Go to File in the menu bar.
  3. 3Click "Add to Dock".
Mac — Chrome or Edge
  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk.
  2. 2Click the install icon in the address bar.
  3. 3Click Install.
Linux — Chrome or Edge
  1. 1Open app.getcadence.uk.
  2. 2Click the install icon in the address bar.
  3. 3Click Install.
